| I am responsible for a company strategy, relationships with our Customers, finances, personnel (together with our CTO Elena Popretinskaya). My approach is the following: GERSIS SOFTWARE must be completely Customer oriented company and must bring real business advantages, profit and convenience to our Customers. Just “providing services” or “providing resources” is not enough today. Since 1995 I have gained an experience in several IT projects for the following branches: telecommunications, energy distribution, oil pumping, customs and in the following functional areas: planning, CRM, billing, system integration. Since 1996 I have been closely cooperating with SIEMENS and smaller EU companies. The most exciting thing in a software development for me is a possibility to model the reality and get real benefits from this model. My personal interests group around a topic of effectiveness of thinking: neurophysiology, theory of learning, ideation, knowledge management, Theory of Constraints. |

| I am working at IT since 2006. I began as Java developer, worked as software architect. I worked at a number of project related to different business areas (plant maintenance, telecommunications, public authority and others). Now I am responsible for company strategy, Customer satisfaction provisioning during project implementation, quality assurance, personnel (together with our CEO Valeri Kireitchik) I think that software development is area driven by ideas and this is what I love best about it. It is very exciting to see your ideas becoming a reality. Also I like to meet new people and software development is a business where you can meet a lot of interesting people from different countries. Since significant goal of my position at GERSIS SOFTWARE is Customer satisfaction provisioning I think that our Customers are our Partners and not just source of a profit and new orders. We should help our Customers to achieve their goals and support them with convenient services and valuable ideas. Apart from my job I am interested in psychology, theory of thinking and learning. I also like reading fiction books (classical science-fiction ones are my favorite), camping and traveling. |
