As a rule the customer is very cautious on the outsourcing market. It may be a consequence of a personal negative experience or other factors. That’s why we always offer our new customers to start cooperation with a Free Trial. The results of the trial provide the customer with confidence, but this is only the beginning of our way to long-term relationship based on mutual trust and success.
Normally a Free Trial is followed by involvement of several external developers. In addition to this GERSIS SOFTWARE assigns a local manager for the project. We consider it reasonable even if Customer is not ready to pay this work. Except tasks description and decomposition, estimation and works acceptance this manager analyzes possible risks and hindering factors of the whole project and shares the results of this analysis with the customer. As a result we often implement testing, architecture development or improvement and team scaling.
GERSIS SOFTWARE has carried out numerous successful projects that demonstrate that after several month of such cooperation the customer realizes the main advantages of our approach over that of freelancers:
