Any analytical documentation, as well as programs has its users:
- Customer
- Analysts
- Developers
- Testers
So, it must have an appeal to different groups of people.
People are inherently lazy, so be merciful to make it perceptible!

When facing the challenge to review AD files written by yourself or by someone you work closely, you just can’t be objective. I mean, you’ve seen this too many times before and some things seem so obvious…
So when you write your AD you just loose the picture of the tears on users’ eyes when they understand that using of the manual is inevitable.
The following checklist aims to help you avoid this situation and keep in mind the key factors.

Management stands on three whales (or giant turtles, or whatever…), to be particular, management of any project is:
• Scope
• budget and
• deadlines
This triangle illustrates a well-known, but brutally trampled in real projects, correlation between resources, time and amount of work (implemented features).

The situation on the market changes frequently. Not so long ago there were dozens IT companies in our country and today there are hundreds! All these companies are doing their best to get and keep the best employees. What attracts developers to our company? Why do people come to work at Gersis Software? Why do some of them leave never to come back?
One of our former employees wrote these words in his farewell letter: “this company does have a unique atmosphere that allows the people working here feel at home. I wish you to maintain this kind of mood and microclimate in future.”

Years of operation let us understand that only people of special kind ‘strike roots’ at our company. If a person whose views clash with ours joins our team, he/she resembles a trumpet in a string orchestra – such a person is simply losing his/her time and tormenting other people. That’s why the sooner we understand that we are not a good match the better.

It is never easy to write the hard truth. It is even less easy to admit your own mistakes, especially to do that aloud. And it’s still more difficult to correct these mistakes and keep on moving.
