Purpose, features
Software products line NEOS is a family of products for automation of dispatching and call centers.
Products of NEOS family were developed according to specific requirements of concrete end Customers and support their particular business processes (resource planning, reaction of resources on incoming calls, reporting).
Product line NEOS can intelligently manage telephone calls through the connection to telephone exchange (PABX). Supported telephone exchanges (PABX): Siemens HiPath 3000, HiPath 4000, SIS 4000.
GERSIS SOFTWARE developed and maintains the following products:

Project organization
Frame contract. Software development was done by several task orders with a fixed price. GERSIS SOFTWARE provided development management, new releases development, updating and maintenance of 5 different products of product line NEOS.
Specialists of GERSIS SOFTWARE fulfilled the requirements analysis, architecture design, programming and testing.
Total amount of work is about 4 000 man-hours.
