- contract and account processing realized in accordance with Customer’s business rules and with respect to the peculiarities of customer’s company;
- both electrical and hot water supply branches supported;
- electricity supply scheme which presented in system reflects real world scheme with resellers and end customers, units of power accounting and metering devices;
- automated calculations are done on the base of units of power accounting, metering devices and appropriate tariffs;
- automated generation of bills for contracts after calculation;
- automated processing of payment documents with update of personal account history and penalties support;
- wide range of reports is available for statistics and management purposes;
- user permissions and roles support.
