Our pricing model


The price for our standard software support package consists of 2 parts:
  1. A monthly fee 540 $ for 5 x 8 hotline, which includes 20 man-hours of services free of charge.
  2. Hourly rate based payment for all services which exceed 20 man-hours per month.
You pay only for real work done, no payment for idle time. We can afford it as we have several maintenance contracts.
Thus you can buy application support from us for only about 1/15 of salary of 1 your programmer!
We also offer extended hotline services (7 x 8, 24 x 8).
